By attending the event, you agree to IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE VENUE
- Daniels Centre Notes: Please do not move the large display table in the middle of the room nor the smaller building display table near the east doors. Do not touch the display kitchen or pour drinks down the sink. The offices are off-limits. The Daniels Centre provides 8 chairs and 1 table as standard seating arrangements. After your event, please ensure that everything is left in good order.
- Patio Chairs Notes:If needed, you may bring in the blue chairs from the patio so long as you are not disturbing the Cafe. After the event, please ensure the patio chairs are properly stacked outside.
- EVENT CLEANLINESS:
• Place the furniture back in its place
• Ask attendees to clean up after themselves
• Inform attendees and fellow organizers that outside food is not permitted under any circumstances - CATERING:
• No outside food is permitted under any circumstances. - PAYMENTS:
• As a community space, we count on donations to run our youth programming. Please try to encourage your attendees to donate $5 each. Donations can be made in cash or at the point-of-sale.
• Ensure that all foods and drinks are paid in full at the time of purchase, as we do not offer tabs - DAMAGES:
Individuals or groups booking our event space are fully responsible for any damages incurred during their use of the venue. Any damage to the property or equipment will result in the responsible party being held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement. - COMMUNITY SPACE:
• This is a public booking, please be mindful of others in the cafe space.
• Remember you are sharing the space. Also please be aware that there may be unexpected sounds that occur within the cafeì space during your event. As much as we will try to ensure that the Cafe is not disruptive, we unfortunately cannot control all matters within the space. - PARKING:
• Parking is now available in prepaid form for your attendees via Parkedin, and searching “2520 Eglinton Ave W” (select zone 1417)
• Alternatively you can park across the street at Erin Mills Shopping Centre
